Seth Wimpey Tops Carolina Sizzler Finale
Seth Wimpey was awarded the Red Clay Series finale win on Sunday night in the inaugural Carolina Sizzler after initial winner Daulton Wilson was disqualified in post-race tech. Wilson made the apparent clean sweep of the program by setting fast time in qualifying and then leading all 16 laps of the feature, but failed post-race inspection. Wimpey was promoted to the $2,500 victory.
Rounding out the Top-10 finishers were Bryan Mullis, Cass Fowler, Mario Gresham, Nathan Walker, Zach Blackwell, Colton Trouille, Cody Courtney, and Ethan Wilson.
